One of the places near our home is the Brick and Barrel Tavern. This smaller venue is home to some of the best food in the suburbs. A small kitchen gives way to great food.
A drawback of the interior is that once it gets about half full it is hard to hear people at your table, even those sitting directly across from you. This is, unfortunately, a drawback of many places you go to. There are so many qualified audio engineers in the world and these places would benefit from hiring them to fix the rooms acoustics to prevent this from happening so people don’t have to shout at each other as this only makes things worse.
The food
Getting back to the best part, the food, is a necessity as each dish we have had there is packed with flavor blends which are a hit together.
Recommendation
We have, as of yet, not found anything that is bad on the menu. It would therefore, suburbanites, be imperative that you experience the food for yourself as we can truly say it is highly recommended.
