Does it seem like you have a “Monday” every day? What can you do to turn things around?  Many times when everything seems difficult, a change of how you look at it or in your attitude toward it. Other things that could help would be to take a step back, think about things to put them into perspective. Difficulties are just challenges to be overcome and when put into perspective they are not so bad.

Your life does not get better by chance, it gets better by change.

Ask for help if you are feeling overwhelmed or prioritize your to do list. Not everything needs to be done right now. Make a list and check things off as you need to. I myself utilize Microsoft To-Do for this purpose and then star things which need to be done today.

I ask for help and even pray for guidance when necessary. There are also times I use meditation to calm myself and refocus my energies or just talk to a friend. Sometimes strangers at a coffeehouse or a gastropub have also helped either directly or indirectly.

Just remember that there are solutions to every difficult and that you are not the only one facing it.
