People say this every year at the beginning of the year. Why? Typically, people don’t like change, however people can more readily accept that since they have to change the calendar they can make a change in their lives.
I am changing our website for the new year and I hope that some part of it will inspire you to make a change-Dennis
While this is a nice sentiment, people make “resolutions” for the new year but they are typically big, life changing, sure to fail ones. Not to fear however as smaller changes can lead to the big ones being a success in the future. Instead of making a pledge of going to the gym every single day you can start smaller by selecting two days a week for it. For the other days of the week, you can eat healthier foods thereby gaining additional health benefits.
Small changes you make in your life are more apt to stick and you will more enjoy your life due to the new experiences. Today I tried matcha tea which I was super hesitant to try due to what I read from other people. Turns out, I really liked it! (Thanks Em!)
So get out and make a small change in your life and who knows, you might enjoy it 🙂
